Requirements
The success of any initiative depends upon requirements research and preparation. Typical business analysis relies upon input from internal stakeholders, but omits the most valuable information your business needs to succeed - input from your end users. The most technologically advanced product or application ever invented is meaningless if it cannot be used by the people for whom it was created. Userthink offers user-centered Requirements Services to help your organization develop products and applications that are relevant to your end users.

Our team uses industry best practices to identify your users - who they are, what they do, and what they need and feed those data into your business analysis process. Experts from the Userthink team will gather data about your end users to develop user personae. These user personae help to generate task lists for each persona, identifying the current tasks, needs, and goals for the system. These tasks lists are analyzed and combined to create a user-centered functional matrix, which represents what the users need from the product or application. Userthink will work with your internal stakeholders to match these requirements to the existing business goals.
When these requirements are accepted, Userthink will break them down to tasks and task steps. We map these tasks graphically into flows that include cognitive decisions made by the end user. This exercise allows us to create the most usable and efficient process flow of the system.Based on the task flows, we can move more effectively to the design phase of the project.
Userthink is a full service organization, but we do understand that not every client requires every service we offer. The documents we produce from our Requirements Services are comprehensive and can be used by Userthink, by your internal teams, or even by another vendor to advance your project.
